E - Link Prime Chemical Earthing
We have been offering clients our E-link Advanced Earthing since quite a few years now and have been able to consistently improve their quality by focusing upon product development. The two main components of our E â Link Advanced Earthing System are as follows:
E Link introduce Dual Electrode Technology Advanced Earthing Electrode belong Outer electrode and Inner electrode. We use hot dip galvanized B class mild steel pipe or copper bonded mild steel Pipe as Outer Electrode and Hot Dip Galvanized Mild Steel Strip or Copper Bonded Mild Steel Strip. It is inserted inside the pipe electrode to the full length from top to bottom which is used as Inner Electrode. Highly conductive and rust resistance material is pressurized filled between the Outer and Inner Electrode which measure the electrode getting rust over a long period of time under the soil.
2. Earth Conductivity Improvement Material:
We at E â Link Enterprise have created a material for back fill that is used to increase the conductivity of the soil by acting as an Earth Electrode. Commonly referred to as the Earth Conductivity Improvement material or ECIM, it possesses a high moisture retention capability that allows it to remain conductive for longer periods. The material thus improves the bonding between the Earth Electrode and soil which is vital to earthing. ECIM does not need to be recharged and does not leech away due to rain. Additionally, the material is eco friendly and resistant to corrosion.
E â Link Prime Chemical Earthing:
We have developed the Prime Series with higher performance requirements in mind, the system has a long life span and is of superior grade. Tested and certified by the Electrical Research and Development Agency, the system has the most short circuit current testing range and has been tested by the ERDA or Electrical Research and Development Agency. The system boasts a larger strip and and has a highly conductive crystalline material in between its medium ISI pipe and strip which together greatly enhance the service life of the system in normal soil to well over two decades.
